Data Deletion
You can delete your AdForge Foundry data at any time. This page explains how, in line with Meta Platform requirements.
Delete from within the app
- Disconnect Meta: remove any linked Meta account from your account settings — this revokes our access and deletes the stored authorisation token.
- Delete a project: remove individual products, projects, creatives or campaigns from your dashboard.
- Close your account: closing your account permanently deletes your projects, creatives, settings and connection tokens.
Request deletion by email
To request deletion of all data associated with your account, email privacy@adforgefoundry.com from your account email address with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify your identity and permanently delete your personal data and any stored Meta authorisation tokens within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).
You can also revoke AdForge Foundry's access directly from Meta at any time via Settings → Business Integrations (Facebook) — this immediately stops our access to your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and authentication data.
- Products, images, projects, generated creatives and scores.
- Connected-account authorisation tokens and settings.
